It has an excellent reach with its 29.5-foot cord, and the Lift-Away feature provides another 10 feet or so to work with. It also isn't overly loud compared to the other models we tested. I found that belt pully had only been pressed on and was now slipping after about 4 years. Fix was to Dremel a keyway on the shaft and inside of pully and drive a brad in to lock it firm. (see image close-up) I think this was really bad engineering by the manufacturer to just press this pully on. Shark Rocket HV301.
